Very easy to install. I liked how bright the colors were. Also liked that it came with the remote control

By how well it cares for its customers. There are plenty of companies that offer landscape lights, and many of their products likely perform well. However, based on my personal experience, Melpo stands out from the rest. They truly excel in customer service, resolving any issues with their products—no questions asked....and within one email message to them. Their support extends well beyond your purchase date, which is why I've bought over 50 plus lights from them over the last two years. I even owned lights from a different brand that worked fine, but I ended up giving those to my neighbor and purchased more Melpo lights instead. Do yourself a favor and choose this brand—you won’t regret it.Another thing to consider when purchasing landscape lights is that most home Wi-Fi connected network lighting may not reach outside of the home. Melpo uses a "mesh" network, so all my lights (50+) are controllable well outside my home. Think of a mesh network as one light talking to the one next to it. As such, you don't need connectivity to your home network after the initial setup. What a fantastic product?(BTW- I am not getting paid to promote this product)

Great lights great functions, easy app

I ordered 2 packages of 4 LED flood lights based on the reviews of those who had purchased from Melpo before me. Although there have been experiences where some lights had failed out of the box, purchasers noted the quick support and the ability to control all lights simultaneously.I had one unit out of four that failed after plugging it in for the first time and it would no sync with the app. Again, this was sort of expected. I immediately notified Melpo of the failure and after verifying my purchase they replaced it immediately free of charge. All units do work via the app with custom coloring and the programming is remembered between off and on, just as expected. The 30W lights are perfect for home landscape and holiday illumination. In fact, I find that the brightness reduced to 40% is perfect.These lights look great, install super easy, seem sturdy, and operate via the app just as advertised. You can't go wrong with these lights!

This is the second time I ordered this set! These lights are awesome! The ability to change to almost any color, any brightness, and turn them off and on from my phone is really cool! I used the purple color for halloween on my house and it worked just like a black light which was way cool! I bought a similar light from lowes and the quality was not even close plus it was more expensive. I really only needed 1 more but for the price, I bought another 4 pack and used some inside for our halloween party! I had no problem pairing them to my samsung cell phone....I would highly recommend these!

I've used these for exterior halloween lights, uplighting inside for a party, and exterior uplighting for Christmas this month. So far they work well and I've hat zero issues with the app. However, I do bring them inside of there is ever any mention of rain/snow. I do this because of the negative reviews regarding moisture getting into the unit and ruining it. So I cannot confirm if those issues are still a concern with the product. Better safe then sorry. Will update if needed in the future. 3 months in and were good.

The lights are very bright. Installing them and using the app are fairly easy. The app only works when you are nearby. It cannot control the lights when you're away from home. It would also be nice if they updated the app to schedule them to turn on and off with sunrise and sunset rather than a basic time.

Very bright lights. App is a little clunky but not terrible. Had one light start to have issues and contacted customer service and they sent me a full new set, so that was great!
