This product was easy to set up and use. It is also easy to clean. It makes great tasting pebbled ice for a person who is addicted! It makes a bit of noise while in use but is not too loud or obnoxious. Overall this is a great product and I am very pleased with it!

I love my ice maker. I did tons of research and price comparisions before purchasing. I recommend ordering some ice bags so you can bag up the ice as it is made and you will always have extra ready for a big gathering

I have only had this ice maker 7 months and it started making a loud noise and just quit working! It was the second time I ordered it. The first time I ordered it the ice maker stopped working around 9 months I thought it was something I did but it's just the life span of the ice maker I guess.

This is super simple to use and makes the best ice. I like the stainless steel because it's easy to clean and doesn't look like an eyesore on my counter since it matched my other appliances. I bought another one for my grandmother and she loves it!

Bought this for a Christmas present. After a week it started making a loud grinding noise, which didn’t bother me because it made great ice, and fairly fast. However; after a month to the day it started making a high pitched squealing noise, and stopped making ice. It was great when it worked, but I would think for the price it should last longer than 1month. Even the cheap ones I’ve had lasted 2+ years. Thankfully Amazon extended the return period until January 31, so I am returning this one, and exchanging it for a new one. Maybe the second one will work past 1 month. Very disappointed but pleased with Amazons returns.

Love this supplemental ice maker so much, I bought one for the house and one for the office. Makes ice quickly, low noise and easy to clean.

I love the sleek style, efficiency, & ice nuggets. I really dislike the loud noise when the compressor runs. It is the loudest appliance in my kitchen(refrigerators & dishwasher).I would give it 5 stars if not for the loud noise. Wish they could make a quieter one.

We looked online for a long time for the best nugget ice maker in our budget. We had bad experiences with another online company and never received the correct machine. Ordered this one- it arrived a few days later- and we have not stopped using it since it arrivedEven my husband uses it!! The man who doesn’t even love ice in his drinks.Highly recommend!!!*The machine makes a louder humming noise as it’s making ice similar to how our air fryer sounds. Just to give you an idea of the level of sound it makes.

Says “add water” but there is water in it and it will not do anything. Took it out of the box and followed the instructions to run the self clean, machine said add water (but there was already water in it) and will not do anything. I have tried emptying and refilling at different levels and it will not work
