Does this case prevent moisture?

I do not use this to store cigars,I use this to transport cigars for parties or vacation .I have not had any issues with moisture or anything with this case since I have purchased it.

Does it fit inside a man’s back pocket of pants?

It would probably fit but it is a hard case so would be uncomfortable.

Does anyone have tips for seasoning a travel humidor this small?

Usually it's not necessary for me as I take this locally when i'm on the go just to protect the cigars. But I have used one of those small boveda packs and fits just fine inside.
