I was thrilled to find this product that didn't produce the dreaded side effects of other offered remedies. I have a gastro condition that will throw up other diarrhea remedies. This product acts quickly. I have used successfully for years. The small powder envelope fits easily in purse or car console. Highly recommend.

I bought a good bit of this before my husband and I left to spend a year in Costa Rica. It came in handy a few times when I had digestive issues, likely due to something I ate. I love that it works naturally to re-balance the gut and that it WORKS. However, one packet often doesn't quite cut it. I would need to use two or three over a day or so to completely clear up my system. My only issue with this is that you can only get this in a box with 3 packets and a plastic cup, and there's no such thing as a refill box. So in order to buy more than 3 packets you have to buy multiple boxes, wasting multiple plastic bottles when you really only need one. This not only takes up a lot of room in the suitcase (well, I just took out the bottles and crammed 3 boxes worth of packets in one), but it's also very wasteful in a world that doesn't need any more plastic waste. So I love this product, but PLEASE make it with more packets or offer boxes packets without the bottle. Thank you!

Works kinda.. Hard to say how effective it really is. I've used it twice so far. The first time the results were good but the second time the results were not as good. Could be that the severity of my upset stomach was greater the second time but again, it's difficult to say. I've used Pepto for decades and results seemed to be about the same..
