The product doesn’t seem to be of good quality.

First rate. Good weight and easy to clean. Very hygienic as there is no non stick coating to scratch off. Very impressed with the price. An essential item for any kitchen.

We ordered one of these deep stainless steel baking pans and liked it so much we ordered another. The second order went missing in transit owing to no fault of the supplier. The supplier kindly sent another pan that arrived in perfect condition. Things occasionally go wrong such as an item going missing in the mail. You can judge a supplier by how they handle a situation when something goes wrong. This supplier was polite, explained what had happened and sent another. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Everything I was hoping it would be as a replacement for my old baking tray. Just the right size. I did find it warped slightly when heated, which they say it shouldn't do. However my old did too and it's not really a problem.
