I got a Rogue SML 2 and I just hung it off the pull up bar and it works great actually saved me while I was doing max effort of 6 and couldn’t get up on the 6th rep with 425 and they held up just fine so I think they’re plenty safe I prefer them over the spotter arms just cause I don’t clank into it if my squat stance is off to far on one side. Also great with camber Bars. Highly recommend

Not sure why all the bad reviews? These safety straps are awesome! Very heavy duty and easy to adjust. I've lived with them for about 6 months so far and they work great. I use them with a Rogue rackable camber bar, since that bar will not work in conjunction with traditional safeties. No complaints. I received all the parts in my order, including the chains that allow you to adjust the strap length and the carabiners which seem relatively strong. Don't hesitate to purchase. Spud makes nice stuff.
