Was a bit surprised when these were opened but shouldn't have been. Most D3 supplements that I've taken so far have been gel caplets. These are actual white tablets, not looking like tiny fish oil pills. Haven't noticed anything different with these than my old D3 caplets.I have no trouble swallowing, although they are bigger than what I'd consider "traditional" D3 caplets. If you have trouble with pills, you're probably better off with the smaller caplets.Unlike the smaller caplets, these don't remotely stick together, so there are advantages.

These seem to be more potent than others I have taken of Vitamin D. They are easy to swallow and have had no stomach issues. They are small. I seem to get a burst of energy a few minutes after taking it. They are reasonably priced. Worth a try.
