We love this product and prefer it over regular pancakes. Its healthy for you so that makes it even better. Just wish the box was bigger.

I absolutely love this mix! I’ve never made pancakes but I regularly make waffles with a mini waffle maker (4” waffles). You absolutely get 20 - 4” waffles from this box and this batter is pretty forgiving. I’ve had problems with equipment that has totally altered the batter and still got perfectly edible waffles. So if you feel the need to thin out the batter, you can definitely do that and still have success. I’ve added cacao nibs, collagen powder, protein powder, banana powder (ground up freeze dried bananas) at various times and again, not had any issues with my waffles turning out. I’m definitely going to try other fruits or go savory! Also, they make your house smell so good while making them! Lastly, I think the texture is perfect. But I mix it up in a small blender, not by hand. My waffles are always fluffy and delicious. The best part about the Original mix is it’s a blank canvas for your culinary taste!

The product itself is wonderful. However I bougfht it in January 2025 and it has a good thru date of March 2025. (When bought in a supermarket usually the pull date is a year hence). Still, I eat a LOT of pancakes so it isn't a real problem. Just be aware that when you buy a discounted product on amazon, that it probably either is outdated or close to that.

10.7 oz No way can you make 12 waffles with 1& 1/2C of mix. I get 6-7 waffles, size- 6/12in X 6/12in. So expensive for such a small amount for the contents in the box. Yes these are healthier. I use to buy Kodiak 20oz until I researched it contains 2 high risk ingredients. You do get way more waffles with Kodiak, but I no longer buy due to what previous stated.
