You are absolutely going to need something more hefty than this. Freezer units are power intensive and keeping a constant discharge into it will eat the batteries before everything is even cold. You need a charging station, they are rather large, and expensive, but if you need seriously high juice, that's the thing.

It has a single charge port location roughly near the center. It's one of the two USB C ports. The discharge rate of a lithium battery is really rather slow. I would not be surprised by a near full charge off the plug after even a full year in proper storage, which is generally just a cool-ish environment like a pantry or basement. You should be safe to charge it, and then take it off the charger and put it in a closet for around 6 months, then pop it on a charger again, then repeat.
