Perfect fit
We bought this toilet because we had limited space underneath to run a conventional septic pump. We have been using it for over two months now with no issues! It was easy to install and works exactly as designed.

Stopper working after 5 months
This product stopped working after 4-5 months, i can not find any kind of contact at superflo to assist with the return.

Easy install and great fitment
This toilet was very easy to install in a basement where there was no bathroom previously. Being able to hook up the shower and sink to the toilet system made the plumbing all very efficient. Very well built, too.

Im a landlord that rents by the room. I love this product, it allowed me to built a1/2 a bad room for a room I made in the garage. I had it over 7 months now with no problems. If it last me two years I will feel I got my moneys worth.

Poor instructions
The book did not address how to put together the tank, the pieces for the tank were just in bags. No instructions on how to assemble the toilet bowl to the tank. The instructions for the drain pipe says no 90 degree then shows another picture of a 90 degree drain pipe and a check mark to indicate the set up was correct. Some pieces were in bags with no labels and no identification of what they were for. Had to look up video from other manufacturer to actually know how to assemble this toilet. Now that it’s fine the tank make noises about every 20-15 mins or so and it’s very annoying.
