This works, however despite clearly stating in the main product description, it DOESN'T come with a UK plug! It's a two pin 'shaving' plug so i contacted Amazon customer service, they gave me a full refund without having to return! I simply got an adaptor plug,,bingo!

Exactly what I needed, self explanatory my only issue was mine arrived minus the tweezers so had to buy a pair. Struggled to contact anyone by the time I realised they were missing.

The kit has plenty of options to get started. The applicator is pretty straight forward and easy to use. I wish there had been a bit of instruction on different methods to attach the stones to various garments but a quick YouTube search will help with that. I love this little tool! I added stones to the neckline of a Belle ballgown in minutes! The stones stick really well to the taffeta. This has truly improved my crafting experience! I'm never sewing/gluing gems again!

I didnt get the 2 boxes of the colour i had selected and instead got one in the colour i picked and one in the mixed colours. Can this be rectified please

Great item, heats up very hot quickly, did this on my mobile phone case as a test and I'm very happy with the results. The rhinestones that came with it are gorgeous and really sparkly. Very easy to use just twist in the correct size heat iron attachment and hold over the rhinestone for around 10 seconds.
