I wouldn't. They are sold as bird seeds so they wouldn't have any safety checks as for human food stuffs.

No idea best ask seller, personally I like this product as do the wildlife will and have ordered before.

Sorry I don't know, but I ordered mealworms from same company and discovered they were from China (I wasn't very pleased).
