Nutricost Natural Caffeine 200mg, 250 Veggie Capsules - Gluten Free, Non-GMO

This product is interesting. To me it feels like no more than 100mg caffeine, but no jitters at all. According to my research it must be a more broad spectrum extract containing theanine and polyphenols, which is not a bad thing. Compared to the nutricost guarana extract, "60mg" of that kicks the crap out of a "200mg" capsule of this. The guarana extract feels brighter, more noticable and motivating but also has some typical caffeine induced anxiety. This one is a good tool to have in my kit.

Much cheaper way of getting your caffeine intake daily. Then paying ridiculous prices for coffee or tea.

After taking it for a week, I can say it works perfectly without side effects. Once a capsule is taken, there is no desire or need for coffee or energy drinks.

Easy to swallow, to digestion issues. Large quantity/big bottle makes a great value. Helped me kick coffee, combined with L-Theanine, provides great focus.
