I got this bundle for free as part of my home broadband package. I like a bit of tech, but have never bothered with a video doorbell as our living situation means there is pretty much always someone at home. We also live on a main road through a small village so have very little in the way of cold callers etcHowever, I'm not one to turn down a freebie! The camera, doorbell and sync module were all easy to setup, I had it up and running in about 20 minutes including drilling a couple of holes in the wall to mount the doorbell. Note that the doorbell is supplied with an angle mount if you need to have it pointed across the door, I didn't realise this and had ordered the same mount separately!The video and sound quality is good, and the ability to have the indoor camera chime when the doorbell is pressed is a great feature.My only gripe is that when I am alerted to someone at my door, it can take what seems like an lifetime to actually load the live view. By which time, the impatient delivery driver has already dumped the parcel on the doorstep and driven off. I am not sure if this is the fault of the device or my internet connection, however.In short, it functions well, seem well built and is good value for money as a bundle. I won't get much use out of the indoor camera other than using it as the doorbell chime and the odd time spying on the dog though!

I thought this was pretty easy to set up and the picture quality is good but I'm thinking of selling as the doorbell chime is a real issue for me. The doorbell has to be connected to an Alexa, another camera or your phone to chime. I don't want an Alexa or another camera in my house and if my phone is on mute or vibrate it doesn't chime when the doorbell is activated. I've only had this a few days and missed lots of callers already. There should be a chime box that can be purchased and attached so you know when someone's at the door. Connectivity is also a bit of an issue, I've had many occasions when I've been out and couldn't connect to the doorbell. Ther is also a delay in activations (sometimes a few minutes) which is too much. This is a cheaper alternative to the bigger brands but I wish I'd spent the extra money.

This is a cheaper alternative to the ring doorbell but it is a more frustrating option.The product has in my opinion better audio and night video but is a pain to setup due to it having AA battery’s that need replacing where as the ring doorbell has a micro USB battery charger .The Blink has a hub that has to always be connected to power as well as the extra camera that acts as a chime notification for the doorbell being ringed.

The bell sounds outside only, difficult to hear inside. Unlike other brands, rechargeable batteries cannot be used. That mean you must change batteries regularly.

Blink makes it easy for me to see who is at my door when I am out. It’s great to be able to talk to delivery personnel, when I am otherwise engaged. You ask them to leave the parcel etc
