Definitely feel a difference with the way I feel after more carb heavy meals since taking this product. I don't get that sluggish feeling that doctors have told me is because of prediabetic tendencies which runs in the family. I'm trying to manage my blood sugar levels with a healthy diet and exercise. But this is a good supplement to assist.

This is made in india and not in UK Bottles is not proper sealed , and made out of cheap plastic. it doesn’t seem to be pharma quality grade . Ended up disposing the item

I would like to change my previous review I took these tablets and they tasted incredibly bitter 🤮 however in all honesty they did the job extremely well and brought my blood sugars down from 6.5 to 5.0 in just 15mins as a result I have lost 5lbs in just 3 days. I would consider purchasing again but I would have preferred a brand regulated in the UK
