I had high hopes for this because I like doing my hair different colors. The color is really bright, but it does not go on smoothly. It’s very messy. I could not comb my hair at all when the product was in, even though it was combed before I put the product in. It got all over my neck and face when I was putting it on, and was very sticky. I thought it would dry and then be fine, but it did not. I ended up having to wash it out because it was getting on my clothes and everything my hair touched. Even blow drying it did not stop it from staining. It probably would work ok for a kid with short hair, but it does not work well with long hair. I wish I had just bought the spray on hair color. That at least works.

So, I gave this product a 4 rating, HOWEVER, the reason I did that is because it does everything a hair wax should do and it does leave a small sparkle in the hair, but it is absolutely not going to make dark hair pink. It doesn't have enough pigmentation for that. I suspect it would take bleached blond or very pale hair to actually make the hair pink. So, the product does work as a hair wax but does NOT work to make dark hair pink. The smell is very nice.

6 year old Daughter wanted some color in her hair. Goes on thick like wax but can comb once it dries. Stayed in (lighted a little) for 3 days until we washed it out. Came right out! Would recommend not putting on hair by face. When you sweat it shows on skin but washes easy.

I put this product in my daughter’s hair and her hair was really brittle feeling. Then the hair dye kept getting on everything so she rinsed it and all the hair color came out. I am very disappointed in this product.

It was not like the picture. Real light color and if you tried to go thick it got real sticky.

It was easy to apply, didn't leave my hair overly stiff. Washed out easily leaving no residue. Color was easily applied and very visible (I have all grey hair).

I was excited to this....I put it on clean wet hair. I applied a leave in conditioner beforehand to add moisture. Used half a tub. I was very cakey going on but dried fairly fast. It stiffens hair even if u brush it while it's wet. It dried like concrete in my hair. Took me hours to brush the stiffness out to make it manageable. Lots of texture though. No need for hairspray. Lots of color but I would not recommend for a child....too rough on the scalp.
