A descent book
It's not a bad book, especially to anyone interested in development, quality development that is. A lot can be learnt from the best. Obviously, the book has been sponsored by the author so as such, it's somewhat an odd piece of literature. Somwhere between a book and a super high end promo piece. The reality, is that even the most successful real estate players don't get biographies unless they pay for it, due to the repetitive nature of the trade (building one more building, buying one more building). Still a good read, with good pictures.

Interesting subject but boring
Was an endless narrative of topical accounts of buildings and company growth. Not very deep with little advice or strategy. Boring and I did not finish.
