This body brush is great. It is good for lymphatic drainage of and to exfoliate your skin, get your cells moving.I was referred to this brush from a site that recommends scrubbing your body a few times a week to keep it soft and glowing.The price is right for this brush and for the excellent quality. It has definitely exceeded my expectations.The bristles on the brush keep their shape and it is easy to clean.The handle that it has to hold it is perfect to be able to get your whole body especially your legs.It is not too hard and not soft, and it feels massaging almost. I actually bought another one so I could put 1 in each hand and get to brushing my skin. My skin feels softer after using this and I feel cleaner for some reason.I usually do it right before I shower, its almost like it is preparing my skin for the oil I am about to slather on after!

Note: I tried this for the first time today. I can’t say anything as to whether it really clears up cellulite until I’ve used it regularly for at least a month.Initial thoughts: I bought this to try to even out some cellulite on the back of my thighs that doesn’t respond to diet or exercise. I did each thigh for 20 min total; switching between legs every 5 minutes to give my skin a rest. I used a combination of circular motions as well as up and down motions. It does hurt a little (I’m using a citrus based oil to help reduce friction) but it isn’t overwhelming. Your massaged areas will get an angry red color but it fades slowly over the next hour or so after using this tool. It leaves a pleasent tingly feeling in your skin after you use it that makes up for the initial discomfort. So far I am happy with this product.I also used it to massage the tension in my shoulders/back of neck and it is an excellent tool for that as well even though it is marketed as a cellulite massager. It is easy to keep a grip on and it doesn’t strain your hands holding it in place like some other self massage tools I’ve used in the past.I’ll update this review as to this tool’s efficacy at reducing cellulite in a month or so.

This product is AMAZING! My friend shared the link after she bought it to help massage knots in her neck. I had a large knot from tension and used this hand massager along with some massage oil on my neck while watching tv. Then my neck was a bit tender the next day so I waited till the following day to use it again. The knot was gone by the third day! I now use it on my legs to help with tight muscles. You can use it in the shower with soap or body wash too. Highly recommend...and it will be easy to travel with!

It’s a great brush, just not quite as firm as I was looking for. Shipped fast. Good price. It will get the job done but not great.

Scar tissue breakdown (anti-adhesions, bumps, uneven scar line...and scar visibility) I had a full hip replacement and bought this to us on my scar and from my knee to waist line to help break up scar tissue, message the area increasing bloodflow and in turn promote better healing. I had no idea if it would work. I've had some major major surgeries and scar management was always a problem. This little thing worked. I DID NOT START USING until 3 weeks after surgery and 1 week after sutures were out. I had the zip tie sutures - yep actual little zip ties. They zip ties did not create those "lovely" dot scars like staples nor did they leave the little itchy bumps were old line sutures were. That said, this wirkdd to keep the area smooth and my surgical area definitely looks better than I expected. I also attribute less pain and increased range and time for mobility. My opinion is that it worked for my situation. I started using on an old scar on my torso that resembles a giant peace sign starting below my neck and ending on each hip (this incision was originally closed with 300 staples!). I will update in a few months if it did anything for very large and settled in lumpy bumpy tissues.
