My test strip turned blue after 15minutes, does that mean there is alcohol in the milk?

Do these strips expire?

Yes there is an expiration date on the box.

If the strip is white at 2 minutes, but turns blue after 20, does this mean the milk is without alcohol?

I believe so because it says if you leave it on too long it will turn blue and that did happen with my fresh milk when I left it on there for like 15 min

Can these be used on milk that has been refrigerated?

Yes, it should still be accurate.
