Price wise worth the try. Took one with in a hr or so i was getting tired. Slept great with a few wake ups but quickly went back to sleep. Didn’t feel tired the next morning.

I used to have a holly grail melatonin gummy, it got discontinued. So looking for another alternative, this isn’t it. I was thrilled it was 12 mg and all the claims on the bottle seem legit. Well not working for me, and have a wierd end taste. Not for me
