Instructions for use: to use, place the heater on your car dashboard with the logo facing up towards your windshield. The heater comes with a 2-foot long cord, so it will need to be powered via an electrical extension cord. Run the extension cord from the receptacle to the heater and plug in. The extension cord is designed to be sandwiched between your truck door jam and not intended to be run through a cracked window which would allow cold air to fill the truck cab and defeat the purpose of this heater. The heater temperature is limited by an internal thermostat and will not exceed 160 F (70 C), approximately the temperature of a hot cup of coffee.
