The cans are good quality, and easy to use. Some lids of similar cans can be stiff but there work very well. Gasket seal seems to good quality as well.

I received my cans day of writing and I took them out and compared them to the milsurp cans that have served me well over the years. When compared side by side the only way I can tell my milsurp cans from the these cans is the military designations for the calibers stored and surface rust and specific shade of green used on the cans. Very good 50cal and 30cal cans upon unboxing.

Good choices for range gear. Carry ammo and and gear in handy sturdy containers. Could possibly be used for storage. Air and waterproof to be determined.

So sure, you can skimp and get plastic (and of course I have a few myself) but there’s just no substitute for doing something right. Quality is on par with those I’ve had for many years and they will last, as my very old ones have. Can’t say the same for the plastic ones. These are one of those things that are worth the investment.
