I returned this twice, after first believing the 2nd port was defective on the original... but the replacement's port 2 doesn't function at all either. Later, I saw a different review suggest possibly one or both connectors were too short to fit inside an MBP; not clear if true [or related] but it does explain the behavior I saw. Honestly, the adapter looks great and seems to clip in nicely, for both inputs and outputs, but since it effectively kills one of only two USB-C ports -- my only ports -- when connected, I can't use it.

the connection isn't constant. with no moving of the device at all it will suddenly disconnect.

Worked as well as it should. Make sure you have the correct connections on your computer to use the device.

This adaptor is great! It came on time and works just great! It even matches the color of my mac book. I love it!

Delicate size

As soon as I got this product I tried it out and, after a week of use I can honestly recommend it. for one it is very well built and feels very good and sturty the color also matches very well with the space gray MacBook. It is also fast downloading a full 16gb micro sd card on to my Mac in 2 minutes. over all this is a great product.

Had to return since the MAC wouldn't recognize the device.
