Seems to be what its supposed to be. Never hurts to get a little extra boron in you. As always with nutricost, capsules are easy to swallow and to supplements seem to be quality, especially by comparison to other brands at the same strength.

No complaints
Started taking this after seeing what the health benefits were while doing some research on supplements. Actually, I had never even heard of boring as a supplement. I have to agree with the experts, although it’s not like I’m miraculously 30 years younger and it’s a miracle cure for past poor life’s decisions, but I felt a subtle yet noticeable improvement in overall health in combination with my other supplements after a few weeks and will continue taking.
