The backpack’s zipper broke entirely after a few months. All the other bags have worked very well though.

Cheaply made fell apart during first use
Gave this to my daughter yesterday for her birthday and the first and only time she used it it fell apart at school and they had to safety pin it so she could carry it for the rest of the day. Not happy at all.

Much smaller than expected
My daughter opened it today and it's not much bigger than a purse and no way she will be able put her books for school in but very pretty pattern and color

Missing items
Did not receive the pins. Also, the straps were just cut so they will eventually fray. School starts too soon to return so I fixed the straps.
