Can you pull the blue ring out of the lid for easy cleaning?

Yes they are easy to remove and put in. I also throw them on the top rack in the dishwasher and they do well.

I need a “Drink lid” that can be attached????

You’d only get a few sips and I’m not aware of any lid that would fit. Sorry.

Can lids be used in microwave?

I've used plastic lids from another brand in microwave & over time they shrunk. Now use a plate as lid for microwaving.

What are the dimensions, including height?

They are two inches tall and about three inches wide. 5oz. They are the perfect size for us. Hope that this helps.
