My review is for the small hand-held tool. It has been a tremendous tool for a major injury
Last year, I broke my humerus bone & shattered the ball of the humerus bone. This required a plate & 12 pins. It was so severe that my xrays made their rounds through the hospital as a teaching tool. After the surgery, my hand on the same arm swelled for several months. (trauma from the injury/surgery) There were many situations happening which caused me to then not have function of my hand and fingers. Being a quantum, multidimensional and sound healer, all healing modalities including supplemental, massage, acupuncture, vibrational, network chiro, pt, and many many more took place. Even with all that I was doing, my lymph was stagnant...bc while I needed to begin range of motion with my arm, I was also advised to sit with arm elevated to prevent additional swelling. It was so swollen that I could feel my skin "tearing" between the fingers. I'd remembered how beneficial the fascia blaster was for a friend many years ago. While I've only been able to experience the large tool on my back when someone facilitates, I've been using the small tool on my face, my lymph areas around the neck (VERY SOFTLY) the shoulders and chest (AGAIN, VERY SOFTLY), arm, hand and fingers. (they glide perfectly over fingers...it's amazing) While this is not advertised for lymph necessarily, it helped me. I then addressed the fascia elsewhere. It is necessary to use this tool with your intuition as you navigate.I began using it for my other arm because it was carrying the load and doing EVERYTHING while my dominant arm was healing. While I am still healing (month 11) I have very little scar tissue in my arm...and the swelling in my hand is gone. I'm still working with mobility on both. Professionals didn't think I'd get my arm range past 80%, but I'm 100% in raising my arm above my head. They didn't think I would get my arm behind my back. My arm is behind my back. (still more range necessary...I'll get there.) They weren't sure I'd ever have use of my hand. My hand is mobile and functional. (also more to do) Have faith. The body is miraculous. I did this without any pharmaceuticals. It's not fun...but KNOW it's possible to fully heal. I have only positive things to say about the fascia blaster...it's been an intricate gem in my healing.

Totally worth it!
These products have changed my life in so many ways! I've been using the FasciaBlaster a little over a year. When I started, no one could figure out why at 28 I was in too much pain to move and had to walk around like a T Rex moving my hips, knees, and ankles as little as possible. I had been very active before having kids, and it made me crazy that I just kept getting worse no matter what I did. I tried everything I could find to help me with pain (diagnosed knee chondromalacia age 19, constant migraines from about age 13, adrenal fatigue, etc), but nothing helped. I bought the FasciaBlaster to help with my knee pain, and I was amazed how much it helped that PLUS that my migraine frequency and intensity started going down! Fascia was what finally connected the dots between all my symptoms, and the FasciaBlaster is what has been relieving them a little more each month. Even the symptoms from having adrenal fatigue are improving (that improvement is slower than the others, and I'm not getting any more sleep). I wanted to be an active fun mom, and now thanks to Ms. Ashley Black, I finally am! When my kids are sick, I can carry them around (they're a bit big for that now, but I CAN! And then I can relieve the pain in my arms and neck)! The awful brain fog I had is even clearing! I hadn't expected all these additional benefits in addition to the visual improvements in my body. I'm so glad I gave these products a chance! This is what I keep with me at all times even through travel, and all the other products I'd bought in search of relief are in a container in the garage. I just bought another set to give to my sister, who also has multi-joint pain but doesn't want to quit playing volleyball. Thanks to Prime shipping, it arrived to her before tryouts!

Better than expected
Starting using this over a week ago & have noticed the cellulite on my thighs has smoothed out. It has also reduced pain in my arms & shoulder blades. It is time consuming & requires a lot of prep - warming/oiling up the body bf use. Overall very happy with the fascia blaster!

Beware of stretched and saggy skin
I have been using the blaster on my stomach and hamstrings for less than two weeks and want to add to those reviewers who had negative results. After 2 weeks, I have seen no change in cellulite (even though I have had bruising from the start) and a TERRIBLE result in that my skin has been stretched, my stretch marks left over from pregnancy are much more pronounced and my skin is now saggy, making my stomach appear HORRIBLE-- cellulite combined with sagging skin. I have gained weight since I started using the blaster, which other reviewers credited to the blaster. I don't know if that is the case, but I was surprised when I stepped on the scale as I didn't expect to have had weight gain over that time period and had even been exercising more frequently. Once I had used the blaster a couple of times on my body, I couldn't imagine using the blaster on my face, since I assumed delicate skin would be stretched. I should have realized the same result would occur on my stomach.
