Great pen, will purchase again

I started my search for a great stylus for my ipad a while back and started at the top. You get what you pay for right?! I tried a few of the bluetooth styluses with precision tips and while they connected and technically worked fine, none of them responded very well and the palm rejection with numerous note taking/drawing apps was mediocre at best. For the 60~100 price tag I was spending on these (and sending back for refunds) I just was not happy with the experience and spent more time erasing and re-writing things than I actually spent taking notes. It would have been faster to write by hand on a piece of paper and then take a picture of the note book with the ipad's camera and import it into the note app. My coworker had a cheap 2 dollar stylus he bought at the check out line at office depot and to my surprise, it worked great! I bought 3 different cheap styluses with this Targus being one of them and it works GREAT. I would steer clear of the amazon basics one (didn't register being on the screen half the time) and either get the this one or the Elago stylus (which comes with an extra tip) Both are far excellent and I would give the targus a slight nod but it's really skinny.

This is a smaller, thinner stylus than some others. It also has a clip for a shirt pocket. I dont clip it on a shirt pocket, but the clip serves a great purpose--- it won't roll off the table when you put it down like some others do! It fits easily in the smallest purse. It also can fit in a jeans back pocket along with a cell phone.

I love the slim size of the Targus stylist but they just seem expensive. The rubber part usually splits after a month or two. I go through probably 12 a year. Sometimes I send them back for replacement but the last one I requested a replacement for I didn’t get an answer.

Work very well on the truck computer

I have bought several packages of these pens. BUT they have a quality control problem. About 1/3 are the best stylus I've ever had, 1/3 a little better than average, and 1/3 are almost useless. Also the pen works quite well if you like fine line pens 🖊.
