These are cool. They seem to work great for my family. When drinking something cold you can real feel the chill on your lips. Maybe silicone covers would work great. Overall I'm satisfied.

Great idea, but be aware of washing as a real task
Not much to say except sturdy and good, no sharp edges, nicely polished, and good to have a selection of both curved and straight straws. The included brushes are a plus, but note that its quite tight to wash these. You really need to be committed to environment or reusing straws to get this since its a bit of work to wash the straw after every use. I wouldnt place them in the dishwasher as I dont expect it would thoroughly wash the inside.
