Exactly what we needed!
Pretty easy to install, and works great! We have always gotten our water for drinking and cooking from our refrigerator since it's filtered. And we have wanted an under the counter filter system for some time. They have just seemed so expensive, until I found this unit. It did cost close to $100, and the filters are between $40 - $50, but we bought the one that only needs a filter change every 3 years! So it's a great value in the end! The water tastes so good! No chlorine taste or smell! Water quality is awesome! And it fits well under the sink, and is mounted out of the way!

Small manufacturing defect that was easy to fix otherwise very clean and tasteless water.
This is the first time in a long time that I have purchased something that feels like I got every dollars worth. There is a lot in the kit including Teflon tape and screws and fittings and everything you could possibly need. I will say that I did have a manufacturing defect on one of the quick disconnects one of the o-rings was split. I was able to fix that but not before writing an email to support. The water is absolutely tasteless which is huge improvement over the chlorinated water that I had before. No way to taste if it's filtering out metals but I will know based on the residue it leaves in my water. I have very iron-rich water and everything builds up a red residue given time. If this doesn't happen I will update my review. Installation is definitely technical and if you're not comfortable with plumbing you really should not be doing it. I think the average person could probably bumble their way through it but you should at least have a basic understanding before even trying. The flow rate is good, right at what they say, I think. I suspect with time that's going to decrease but because the filters are only $20 I'm not too worried. What can I say very strong plastics that are glass fiber reinforced very nice stuff with the kit nothing left behind I didn't have to go to a hardware store. Although the Teflon tape is the cheapest Teflon tape I have ever seen. Still worked great though so whatever lol in the instructions they call that plumbers tape which I thought was hilarious. Everybody's complaining about the quick disconnects and trust me I don't like them I think they are problems all around however having gotten the kit I can say that I understand why. It would have probably added another 10 or $20 to the cost to change thim over to the proper fittings and with how much you're already getting I understand why they decided to cut it. I don't like it I probably would have wished to pay the extra money but in reality I probably wouldn't have purchased this if it was more expensive so.... Here we are I guess. Either way there's no leaks right now and pray to God it will stay that way :)

Easy install, works well
This one was a surprise, installed easy ands works well. No longer need a Brita as our water has a huge chlorine smell sometimes that our filter now takes care of. Good price

Working well so far
This is updated. The first one that came was defective and leaked at the housing. I was sent a new housing unit, and now it has been working well. I really like the faucet that comes with it...it's nice that it's separate from the main faucet. I hope they will change the claim of a 5-minute installation time. You have to drill 6 holes in a wall, for one thing. For someone experienced in doing it, perhaps it could be done in 20 minutes. But if you're not used to the system, it would be at least 1/2 hour and took me longer. (I'm inexperienced in this kind of thing.) I was excited that nothing was leaking the second time around. Now that it's installed, it will be very easy to change the filters. I wish I had noticed the plastic housing, which they say will deteriorate eventually. They have another option with metal that would have been a better choice for me. I just hope it lasts! (Actually, the plastic tubing was long enough I could probably use the extra if it starts going bad.) If you don't mind plastic tubing (it's everywhere!), I think this is a good system.

Excellent Isolated Filter option
This was very easy to install and had all of the components necessary to do so. The water presure is excellent and tastes great, I opted for this over the many Britta pitchers we have gone through and filters. The city water has god knows what in it and this filter system saved us from the constant cycling of filters for a longer term filter at a greta price.

This has saved me a lot of time and money. I don’t need to buy so much bottled water anymore and has a nice filter system.

Easy to Install, water tastes great
Bought this to move away from water filters attached to my faucet as well as I was upgrading my kitchen faucet to one I could not attach a filter to. The ease of installation was amazing. I am in no way a plumber and with the directions provided had it installed in about 15 mins. It fits discreetly under my sink, the water tastes fresh and clean with no odd after tastes. I think it’s a great value for the money.

I have had this Frizzlife DW15F a month and the water tastes clean and pure, certainly better than a filter jug. I don't have much space under the sink so this compact unit was a good compromise. Fitting the unit is straightforward if you are used to DIY - you need to be able to fix the unit with screws to the back (or side) wall of your cabinet, fit a T adaptor and hose to the cold water inlet to your sink (not forgetting the supplied Teflon tape), drill a hole through your sink and then fit the tap and connectors. The instructions are moderately clear but Youtube videos help. However, this is a US brand and so the hoses and adaptor are in inches (3/4" and 1/2" options allowed for). Although I am in Portugal, like much plumbing here, my cold water pipe is in inches (3/4"), so I was OK. You may need a metric/imperial adaptor. It's a shame Frizzlife don't take this into account in their instructions. Good value and the two replacement filters (8 month life for one and 2 years for the other, based on moderate consumption) are not expensive. All the parts feel like good quality.

I was a little concerned after reading a few reviews complaining about leaks. It took me a little while to put things together, and I recommend using the tutorial on YouTube which is more visually explanatory than the booklet. Super happy with the filter so far after a month. We bought it to get rid of sediments and to (hopefully) lower the fluoride contents (we have a shared well). I cannot say the water taste has changed, but this wasn't the point of the exercise. No leaks so far (touch wood) and the whole installation feels like it is decent quality. We also got the little faucet with it, which is very nicely finished and works really well (though we noticed a little very slow drip). Recommended!

The filter was incredibly easy to install and use. We tested it with both filtered and unfiltered water, and the difference was amazing in taste, colour, and smell. So glad we chose this product – highly recommend it!
