The hard time find adapters
My shop started doing r1234yf repairs and we needed the adapter to the tank so the machine can suck and fill the car. This has it.

This adapter's 1/2" ACME threads do NOT conform to industry standards
A comparison the adapter's 1/2" ACME threads to standard 1/2" ACME threads reveals that the adapter's thread shape is wrong and does NOT conform to industry standards. This difference prevents standard male 1/2" ACME threads from screwing into the adapter's non-standard female 1/2" ACME threads. While the adapter's non-standard male 1/2" ACME threads can be screwed into standard female 1/2" ACME threads, the fit is looser than the tight fit of standard male and female 1/2" ACME threads. A second issue is that the Schrader valve of the adapter protrudes past the male end, which is a bad design and incompatible with capping the male end.
