This Gazebo was a nightmare from start to finish and most definitely the worst purchase I've ever made parts broken way to easily. Avoid like the plague

Great sturdy tent. no instructions! It blocks all light in the dark blue color. Its a beast to set up, make sure you have a friend or 2 to assist. I dont know that I could get it set up by myself. I think it will last for a while. The carry bag does not hold all the parts but that was not an issue. We store the canvas in a tub and the frame in the carry bag. Happy with the purchase

The wind caught our 10x15 canopy and bent it up. It was not secured properly so our fault. I emailed master canopy to inquire about parts. The responses to my emails came quickly and guided me through the process, even when I messed up the first order. The service was excellent and they accommodated my request with professionalism and kindness. Well done!
