This stuff is wonderful as a finisher for soups and salads. Not too sweet, not too sour.

Tasted as good as my own reduced balsamic made from a high quality vinegar. No work and is great drizzled on almost anything. Good value and perfect consistency.

Good stuff. Bumps foods up to another level for sure. But kinda pricey. I saw a balsamic glaze (don’t remember the brand name) , same size, for $3.99 at the grocery store. I didn’t try it so I don’t know if it’s quality or as good but I will give it a try when I’m done with this one. Sooo if the grocery store glaze doesn’t match up, then I’ll get this again.

The very best balsamic vinegar glaze I have ever tasted!! It is thick and not runny. The taste and quality are amazing! My family and I use it on nearly everything from salads, pizza, veggies, chicken, and avocado toast.

This Colavita Balsamic Glaze is fabulous! I received it yesterday, just in time to add to the top of my fresh bruschetta. I had a chef friend over for dinner last night, so I made fresh Dutch over bread. I took a few slices of it, broiled them, and added all the normal delicious items….and then put this glaze on the very top. She raved about it, as did her husband. Yay!!!No more drizzling balsamic vinegar on my bruschetta. I will use my new Colavita Balsamic Glaze from now on.Highly recommend.

I havent tried it yet nor have I even checked the expiration date but i had to take double-take when I saw the 32oz Colavita for $8??? I couldnt believe my eyes. But yes, I really just bought this whole thing for under $9… but the 8.5oz is more expensive though? Must be a glitch or something cuz what? Im not complaining though.I’ll update if the bottle turns out to be expired or something but so far so good. Oh and its a plastic bottle.
