Working great.
Not sure why everyone was saying it runs too hot. Been playing Elden Ring, Deathloop, the new PC God of War/Uncharted games and more with 12+ straight sessions and no issues at all. That said, I'm not using the built-in display, but rather my TV. Only time I've heard the fans turn on is with installation of very large games. There's noticeable heat coming from the vents while gaming but the keyboard isn't warm nor hot. Anyway, mainly just saying I think some of the review claims are exaggerating the about heat.

Satisfaction
Really met my expectations. A great buy. However, really difficult to obtain a laptop case in that dimension.

Not QC'd
Whomever this seller is does not QC their product. The box had dust on it, from what I presume was because it was sitting in a dusty warehouse or store for some time. The hardware was bad and BSOD'd on me within hours of turning it on and updating the OS and apps.I had to open a ticket with Alienware. At least the seller issued a discount.

Runs fast and cool, 150W 70C
I got mine directly from Dell, but it runs fast and cool. It’s important to note it’s got the 150w GPU, which is good power for this chip but almost always runs 70C or below. I play most everything in Ultra and consistently hit 60FPS plus, if you’re a competitive gamer I would think medium settings would hit 100FPS on most titles. I’m very happy with this laptop, plan to have it for years.

Built in speakers are really low quality
Very disappointed from the dolby built in speakers it has a noise and the quality is bad compared with the price of the laptop..other things is perfect and the screen quality is nice alos the design is impressive

Laptop arrived DOA :(
The media could not be loaded. DOA, no booting up or getting to the BIOS.Power LED does blink with the following code:3 red followed by 5 blueAccording to the service manual this is the Power Rail.I did the basic trouble shooting but the laptop still did not turn on.I knew I should have stayed away from Alienware but I got impatient. On the plus side Amazon did ship fast and the packaging did not appear to have any damage.Since this is a a new laptop I'll ask for a refund.

Buy a Desktop
This was a huge waste of money. You have to shut down every other app and browser if you want to do any gaming. 16 GB of RAM is completely insufficient. I've given up on trying to play COD because it is such poor quality it just makes me angry for making such a bad decision. This was after all sorts of experiments to try to make it not be awful. Still sucks no matter how hot and loud I allow it to run. The alienware command center is garbage. It wasn't until recently you could even set the color of an individual key. I've never known if I have the right drivers because it so often disagrees with what windows update says I should have. It cannot be used as a laptop. It is way to hot and battery limited. I was putting it on a cutting board if I wanted to use it on my lap. Now I never use it. I bought a cheap $400 laptop that I use instead now. If I want to do any gaming I use my Xbox.
