Nice picture and print quality and a wonderful and cost effective personal gift. My granddaughter collects mugs, so this was perfect. You can choose your picture and message, and it was easy to do. The mugs are personal, affordable, and unique to the person receiving the mug. As a grandma, I hope it will remind my granddaughter of us together when we were younger and continue to let her know that I love and cherish her forever. Highly recommend this as a gift for a loved one, especially if you're on a Christmas or birthday budget and want to send someone a personalized gift!

I'd ordered a one-off custom print 15oz. mug. The print quality is great. It was damaged (a through crack in the handle). They were very quick to send a replacement. I have already ordered a couple more one-off's. I have to say, the price is very reasonable. For the same price as I'd pay for a mug of similar size with a mass produced logo print, I get a mug with a design of my own.***********************************************************************************************************This is an update to my previous. I ordered a couple more one-off custom prints, and they did not disappoint. One had alot of detail, and it came out great at the print scale. Also, they service is very fast considering the nature of the custom printing. Anyone looking for custom prints on mugs, I recommend them.

I took a picture of a Tee shirt for the graphic on this mug. It came looking the same, colors were good. Nice heavy mug. Came on time. I would totally order from them again.

The pictures show a bit through the black but not a whole lot. Pictures shows great once the hot liquids have been poured

The coffee mug turned out very nice, exactly as ordered. The only problem is if you want to heat up a cup of coffee in the microwave, the handle gets quite hot.

Received mug and it was broke. Contacted seller and they sent another to replace it! Only took a short amount of time to get the replacement. Mug was exactly like what I designed. Good job!

Good product. It is exactly what I expected.

The picture on the cup is way darker than than the picture I uploaded to them.(as you can see the difference in the pics I included with my review). They offered replacement or refund (I should've chosen refund) because the "replacement" they sent looks EXACTLY like the first one I complained about- PICTURE IS MUCH DARKER than the one I sent them. They just can't seem to get my cat's picture right! I want a refund, but not sure if they're going to do it. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
