When I first received this product, I had 2% cow's milk left over, so I used that to blend. DO...NOT...USE...COW'S MILK! It was so horrible, I had to hold my nose and chug. I really needed the benefits of the product, so I pushed through, but next time tried So Delicious coconut milk, this was an improvement. I also found that it wasn't half bad with Bai's coconut/pineapple water. The next try was Silk Vanilla, sweetened...another step in the right direction. By the end of the container, I had discovered Silk Vanilla, unsweetened---BINGO! It actually is pretty good! The flavor is much much better, I can now drink it like a normal beverage (mixed in a shaker). The effects of this product are exactly as they describe and I am now ordering my second container. The reviews you see where people are saying the taste is absolutely unbearable are probably valid opinions, based on what they mixed it with. I'm not saying your eyes will fly open in the morning and you'll run to your shaker in anticipation of an amazingly delicious treat, but I don't think it's going to be something you find dreadful either. Just shop around and try some different combinations and find what suits your palate : ) Yes, the texture is not smooth- they're seeds, they aren't going to dissolve...but you just have to tell yourself before you get started that this isn't supposed to feel like drinking a milkshake- it's designed for medicinal purposes, and it's not a perfect world. As someone who has struggled with GI issues my ENTIRE life, I am over the moon pleased with the results from this cleanse. Gentle and consistent!

This stuff is fantastic! I’ve tried bitterly ever type of fiber out there and this is by far the best! Tastes great and really, really works! I highly recommend.

Love this product! Had it years ago and used to order it a lot. Moved out of the country… been back for a few years now. And OMGosh!!! So glad I found it again. This stuff makes my insides feel so much better and it’s hard to find good pineapple products and products that are trustworthy and contain ALL of the amazing stuff this has.

The product works, if you can get it down. I hate licorice/fennel flavor and I assumed that pineapple/chia would not be predominately licorice flavored. I could only do a few doses of it. Even my friend who likes fennel said the flavor was too strong. I felt good taking it, it seemed to do its job, but the flavor is too intense for me. I will not be buying it again.

once again I highly approve anything that this company makes just make sure when he first use it that you’re at home depending on your body cause you might be gone in the bathroom a lot it really cleanses you out

I do like this product; it's tasty, easy to mix and convenient. It has helped with some bloating, but that's as far as this has gotten for me, digestion wise. I have chronic constipation due to a neurological disease. Was hoping this would've been a good alternative to help "move things along" but no such luck. It actually has made me feel more impacted. I will continue to take for nutrition value and finish the tub but probably will not purchase again. A little pricey for me, personally, of it's not really helping me. Still I believe it's a great product, just not for me.
