This medicine is a miracle, I use it for my cat, I put it in her soft food, it works I swear immediately. I can tell when she is having problems, her urine smells strong and she crys when she goes. We have a rescued dog that has UT issues. She will get a sudden pain that sends her flying out bed when she's relaxing. She also has had some leakage issues. We started putting this in her food, twice a day, several months ago. It works. Far less problems. If we miss a day or two though, we notice the issue returning. So it has to be given all the time. For that reason, I wish it were a bit less expensive. Otherwise, we're happy with it.

Purchased to help my male cat. When I noticed he was showing signs of a uti. So far it's helped him in a positive way. Its gave him comfort also and he is able to go potty more now. So I think it was worth buying. Without having to go to the vet and pay a fortune.

2/8/26 update: Using the larger dosing that is on the box, this product has given both of my dogs horrible diarrhea. I know it was this because as soon as I stopped, their gas and diarrhea cleared up. Not sure if I'll try the smaller dose listed on the bottle or cut my loses and go back to a product that I know works. Original review: I can't say if this works yet or not, but I'm immediately annoyed because the instructions on the box do not match the instructions on the bottle. What dosing level is correct? Do I give my small dog a full dropper or half?

Incredibly effective product. Saw major improvement in my 15 year old cat's UTI symptoms after two doses. Almost gone after four doses. I add to the top of her wet food and she is not bothered by flavor.

I purchased this product for my 12-year-old cat after she started spending a lot of time in her litter box and had blood in her urine. The vet said she had Struvite crystals in her urine. I started feeding her urinary health canned food with her dry food and adding 0.5 mL of this to her food daily. Her litter box habits went back to normal after a week and no more bloody urine. I stopped giving her the drops, and the symptoms started again. Since I’ve been consistently giving her the drops, she has been symptom free, comfortable, and much happier. I highly recommend!
