How is the cookie dough kept frozen, especially in Corpus Christi, Texas?

The cookie dough was packed in ice to keep it cold for delivery. We have had these cookies for years. They are delicious. After they are shipped, we quickly divide them into 20/1 dozen cookies per quart freezer bag and put them back into the original box to store them and keep them fresh. Great for a dessert, drop in company, etc.

How do the cookie look after there cooked

It depends if you want soft or crunchy cookies . I personally like crunchy. They bake in to a fairly large cookie . If you follow they directions on the box they come out soft and light in color. I cook they longer to make they brown and crunchy. Either way they are good.

INEDIBLE

The cookies arrived late and just inedible. We tried to thaw them and they would not thaw as they were freezer burned when they arrived. When they finally thawed and we baked them, they were sandy and awful.
