Maskimals Tiger Head Mask Large Halloween Costume

I bought this tiger head to use as part of a mascot costume. It arrived today, and the overall look and feel is just as pictured. However, it was pushed down into a rectangular box and the whole head is flattened, and the nose is pushed in. So far, no matter what I do, it does not hold a proper shape, without being misshapen. I'm rather disappointed, not with the quality of merchandise, but with the packing and the resulting flatness of product. I'm hoping that if it sits upright, it might work itself back into shape.

I understand you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous. Poor poor quality. Eyes are not centered strings are hanging off. It was my own fault for not looking at it before I gave it to my daughter for Christmas.

Great tiger head! Disappointed in how it was shipped. It was folded so small in an envelope the wire around the bottom broke in shipping.
