they arrived super quickly, great price and as far as vitamin supplements go they don't smell horrid unlike some others!

I bought these vitamins after seeing an item on YouTube about B1 being good for decreasing swelling in the feet and/or legs. I have been taking them now for about week and can't see much difference but I will persevere. I assume it can't do any harm !!!
