For an extendable snake hook, it's surprisingly sturdy. Solid locks, not as heavy as it looks, and little to no bend even when picking up heavier bodied snakes. We have 2 of these now, one for the in the house and one for the car (in case of noodle in the road).

Hook very pointed and sharp. On the good side it is well made, strong extendable and locks in place. I would recommend for dangerous reptiles.

Just what I needed for my angry noodle. I have two ball pythons that I use this hook for moving them during feedings. One of them is aggressive so I don’t like to stick my hand in his tank first. The hook is very durable. Not like the collapsible ones from your local pet store. My snakes are roughly 4-5ft in length and have some weight to them. The hook itself is rounded out as to not harm the snakes. Also looks good as far as hooks go haha

I like that it feels sturdy. Telescoping design helps make it portable. It's just long enough to stay out of strike range of a rattler without being so long it's unwieldy.

Helps remove helpful snakes and they don’t normally come back I would read up on snake removal or get help from a knowledgeable specialist

Better than expected! Solid construction and able to lift something more than a cornsnake like flimsier ones on the market. You can extend it two times as long and each of those can be locked in place. The hook when screwed into the handle is also secured with an antislip tape for extra security. Recommended!
