Delicious coffee. Great customer service. They went above and beyond when my order got messed up and I received the wrong coffee. The right kind came a few days later. My husband and I spent a month in Italy and the espresso from Napoli was our favorite.

This is my favorite coffee here and when in Italy. Nice foam and strong flavor but not bitter. Just delicious!

I just love drinking lots of Italian coffee. And the first day back to the US …. I needed to get some Italian food and coffee. This is delicious and the same one I bought over in Italy’s grocery stores. Worth it!!

This coffee tastes horrible. It almost tastes rancid. It hasn't reached the expiration date on the box, but I'm not convinced. Also, the capsules don't work right in my Nespresso machine. It comes out very slowly, in small drips. I'm not sure if the rancid taste is because the capsules aren't extracting right, or if the coffee is bad, or some combination of both, but STAY AWAY. I've had Borbone coffee before in restaurants and loved it, so I'm really REALLY disappointed that this isn't a better experience.

Capsules are shaped different from original capsules. This killed my battle tested Essenza with the first capsule. It appears like the resistance of the pod is way too high; first some water leaked while brewing, then the pump gave in right after brewing. I'm left with 99 capsules and a dead machine. BEWARE! EDIT: I also own a Citiz machine, and the capsules appear to work there, albeit the flow being lower than in original Nespresso capsules. The aluminum membrane in these capsules is thicker, so some machines cannot cut the membrane properly, which leads to increased resistance and slower flow. In my smaller machine, it blew up the compressor. Always make sure that the membrane is perforated appropriately before brewing to prevent damage to your machine. The coffee taste and quality are outstanding if you can get these capsules to work. Best replacement I have found foe Nespresso's "Il Caffe" which is no longer offered for original line machines.

As an Italian, espresso is not just a drink, it’s a daily ritual, and Caffè Borbone “Mia Napoli” capsules deliver it perfectly. For many years, I used the same brand in plastic capsules, but I decided to switch because they were individually wrapped in too much plastic, and the coffee didn’t flow as smoothly as it should. Since switching to these aluminium capsules, I’ve noticed a huge improvement. There’s no more wasted water in my espresso machine, before I had to empty it after just two coffees, but now I can wait until the pod slot is full. The coffee flows perfectly every time, the texture is smooth, and the taste is excellent. I tried the tasting pack first, and Napoli quickly became my favorite because it is the strongest of the three, but all the flavors are smooth and tasty, and it’s nice to switch things up sometimes. The packaging is another big plus. It’s very compact, taking up minimal space, where I previously stored 100 capsules, I can now fit 600. Everything is organized and easy to handle. Honestly, I cannot find any real faults. Maybe the price is slightly high, but if bought on sale, it is a fantastic value. Overall, these capsules make every espresso effortless and enjoyable, they solve the problems of my previous capsules, taste amazing, and fit perfectly into a busy routine. I would highly recommend them to anyone serious about their coffee.
