TOMALL 7443 T20 Bulb Socket Female Adapter for Brake Light (Pack of 2)

I have a Ram Promaster work van and the tail light/brake light became intermittent on the one side. And of all the lights on the back of a vehicle, that one is least desirable to have fail! This issue was due to a bad socket, and these fit in the lens assembly perfectly. The wire color color was different than my OEM but once I determined which wire did what it was a simple splice and go. All at a cost way below factory.

I don't know why other reviewers don't like these brake light sockets. It's true that they are not an exact replacement part, but I didn't expect them to be, and no one should. My Honda Odyssey had similar but slightly different wire colors (but it was very obvious which were similar to which, so I guessed and got it right the first time) and the Honda's sockets have a three-sided twist-tight design whereas these have a four-sided snap-in design instead as a retaining mechanism. But they are the same diameter as the oem brake sockets and each socket came with a nice heavy o-ring ... And if you press hard and twist a little, you can get the socket to stay in place on the Honda ... its stayed put and worked just fine since I put it in about a month ago. I didn't use any other hardware or glue or anything. I used butt connectors to splice the wires but you could use almost anything .. including household wire nuts, since there's a lot of room behind the lense assembly on the '03 Odyssey. It uses exactly the same brake lamp bulbs that the oem sockets did so I didn't have to buy new bulbs, which was nice. I couldn't be more pleased, especially for the price.

Fit well, good quality socket, bulbs fit tightly and wires were heavy enough and of good quality .

Come in sets of two, but be careful, the contacts within the socket were both touching each other. If you don’t correct this before install, you will at minimum, blow a fuse in your car.You could install the bulb prior to wiring to avoid a short fuse, but if you were to remove it while running power the contacts will spring towards each other and blow your fuse.Not the beat quality or quality checks…

Very good bulb sockets, work perfect as described.I used them to add to my rear tail light of my car that be need to be pulled behind my rv and not mess with the car original harness wiring Did the small surgery to the sockets to make themfit correctly into the car tail light assembly all good . Will buy again

Complete crap. They destroy the contacts on your LED bulbs when removed.
