Even though I get along well with my lesbian sister I do believe what God has in his Word that there are relationships that are not His design. The authors of this book support relationships that don't align with that view. But after that disclaimer this books approach to relationships is incredibly good and helpful. I appreciate this book very much and recommend it with the caution that it does support immoral relationships in its process of bettering any and all close intimate relationships.

All couples would benefit from reading this book to enhance and deepen their experience of each other. I really enjoyed the little tips and techniques and invitations to do better and feel better in the relationship. Even if you’re already doing it ‘right’, it’s going to enhance and expand the feeling of love by actually noticing what the other already does to express their love. Amazing book, definitely will come back to it.

What a great read! I heard about this book on a podcast and bought it because the authors were so engaging in the interview. I loved all of the tips, stories, and advice. The book is both realistic and hopeful. Much of the advice is applicable to friendships and offspring as well as marriage. I think it is worth reading annually.

I'm a therapist, and I hand this book out to clients with relationship issues. Clear steps and respectful of diverse relationships. I highly recommend this.
