Can’t praise this item enough. I buy 90% of all my purchases on Amazon (typical man!). I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this really is fantastic. I’ve had spinal surgery twice and I still get residual pain on occasion. It real helps with the pain, and feels great on your back. The belt is a good width, it’s very comfortable to wear and the hear setting are perfect and easily controlled. I even use it to sit on and heat my bottom when my Harry styles are playing up! Perfect purchase. Highly recommended…

Heats up nice and quick! I will be plugging this in while I'm at my desk at work, saves me money in the long run with buying them disposable sticky things and better for the planet... probably.I'll still have to sadly use them sticky disposable ones while I'm out and about as this product is plug in only.My only quarm is the fact I ordered this while we had baaad rainy weather, I was out all day and it was left on my doorstep, in the rain... so the box was wet and I was worried the product would fail due to the conditions. Seems OK though but the packaging was damaged from the rain, probably my fault for not thinking about it properly, I did do delivery instructions to go to a neighbour but it was just left on the doorstep.I am very happy with this item so far though and looking forward to some pain relief!People say the straps are roomy, I dunno, I am on the larger size so I feel it is abit small myself but it works, I just need to stay off the cake for abit haha

This waist heating pad heats up quickly, you don't need to wait too long, the hot compress is very comfortable, not only the waist support design is intimate, but also the buttocks can be heated at the same time. When you have back pain, apply hot compress, the pain is significantly relieved, it is really effective. The product is finely made, the fabric is skin-friendly, the waistband is very tight, and it is also easy to remove and wash. It is a very good waist heating pad and is worth recommending.

Heat up quickly. Has a timer which is really helpful. Can be used on any area that needs to heat up. particularly helpful to wrap around my waist during my period... really satisfied. The manual says it can be washed in the washing machine I doubt it as it has wire inside the heating pad.

Had for 5 months doesnt work properly now keeps disconnecting and making crackling noise so unsafe. Other than that keeps warm. Does have the issue of going down to level 2 annoyingly every few mins sometimes
