Worked like a charm! Had a little trouble finding a locksmith that would cut someone else’s key, but finally found one and got it duplicated for $7! FYI, big box stores won’t do it…

Works great in my 2013 F-150. Followed the instructions and was able to get it setup for my truck. I did have to tell the person at Home Depot what to do because he didn't want to try cutting it. In the end he did what I said and everything turned out great.

I have never had an issue replacing key fobs. I recently changed out my old Silverado set. It might have taken five minutes including the three it took to open the package. I have been working on this one for over half an hour and am not even close to getting it to snap together. That includes carefully using a rubber mallet on it. I am impressed it has not broken and much effort as I have put into putting it together - but as far as I am concerned this is a waste of time and money.

Exactly what I needed. Well made and saved me a lot of money. Only wish they had instructions on switching out the electronics readily available to user. I found instructions online. Excellent purchase for me.

I had a key FOB case break. I was expecting to just switch the casing and be done. Not the case with this. This one requires you to have the key cut first. The quality is nice but not what i thought I was ordering.

Product is as advertised. I took the original electronics out of my cracked OEM key fob case and placed them into this perfectly.Note that you cannot take key from the original and replace the blank key in this product as the blank key is sealed in place. Take it to a local locksmith or hardware store to get the blank key cut from your original.
