I love this chair! The cushions are so comfy and supportive of my back and posture. The armrests can be adjusted vertically which is a huge plus for me. I use the footrest all the time, which can I can extend fully if I want to stretch out or partway if I want to sit criss cross style. My only complaint is that it can tilt forward a bit if you roll forward while the footrest is extended, but it hasn’t fallen over at all when that has happened. Overall, amazing comfort, very stylish, and easy to put together. I’ve recommended this chair to several people so far and will definitely recommend it again!

We both work from home. I have a Secret Lab Titan XL 2020 chair, wife wanted an upgrade for hers but didn't think the Secret Lab chairs are worth what they charge, so she wanted to buy this one. I'm pleased to say this chair is an excellent value. Pictures attached show it side-by-side with my Secret Lab chair for comparison. I know some will argue this is not apples-to-apples, but I know there will be people out there like us doing the same sort of comparisons on chairs. This char is big - plenty wide enough for a large person and still be very comfortable. I've included pics with measurements so you can get a feel for the size of it compared to whatever you've got now. The seller offers optional upgraded wheels and a shorter lifter, and we decided to go with that. We have used the roller-blade style wheels in the past on other chairs and knew they were a solid upgrade. The shorter lifter offsets the added height of the better wheels. Wifey is only 5'3", so I wanted to make sure the chair was low enough to remain comfortable. As seen in pics, height is about 20" at lowest and 22.5" at highest (keep in mind this is with those roller-blade wheels and shorter lifter, NOT stock out-of-the-box). The metal bracket that connects the back to the bottom is very thick steel and heavy - no concerns with durability there. It has 5-legs which is good to prevent any tipping, the legs are steel not plastic and seem well made. The main underseat bracket that the stem inserts into is also steel and seems like it will hold-up long term. Wife says the added pillow is very nice and great for additional lumbar support. She said even though it's not real leather, the material is nice - it does not feel cheap or plasticky. She also commented the arms are great as well - padded and they feel durable when you lift yourself out of the chair. Since the arms have a V shape bracket, they do not have any wobble and feel very solid. Seller's customer service is top-notch. When I reached out to them after purchase to inquire about the optional wheels & lifter, they responded very quickly and immediately shipped those items out. They were shipped from California, so I received them in just a few days, so I didn't have to wait long to assemble the chair. They also sent a follow-up email to make sure I received the parts and was able to assemble the chair with no issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this chair to anyone, it is a great value for the price and the great customer service is really the icing on the cake. I think we could have done without the leg rest, I don't think my wife will ever use that feature - they could probably save a few bucks making that an optional upgrade like the wheels & lifter. I'd also love to see another model with a high-quality cloth like Secret Labs has instead of the imitation leather, but that's just my own personal preference.

I’ve been looking for a new desk chair for at least 2 years and have been eyeing this one for about that long. I wish I would have got it sooner!!! It was hard to get a picture of the true color but it’s a very pretty pale pink and the stock photos are pretty accurate. I absolutely love the foot rest!! It can be extended all the way, pulled in to sit cross legged, or put completely away. I’m a short (5’3) big girl and it fits me really well. I like how wide the seat is. I don’t feel squished at all. I haven’t felt the need to use the pillow yet because the backrest hits in just the right spot. I really like that it reclines and I don’t feel like I’m going to fall out of the chair. I read a ton of reviews and seen that it was pretty tall. They offer a shorter cylinder and roller blade wheels upon request. They got back to me right away and I had a tracking number that day. The upgraded wheels made it too tall to where my feet didn’t touch the ground and the arms scraped the bottom of my desk. They also didn’t roll well on carpet but it was easy to switch back to the original wheels. They rolled smoothly on carpet and most importantly, the arms fit under my desk! I 100% recommend getting the shorter cylinder if you are under 5’5 I’d say. I’m pretty happy with the chair so far. It’s a major improvement compared to my last chair! I’d say my only complaints are that I wish the chair would sit a little straighter and have more neck support. I also wouldn’t say the seat is uncomfortable but it’s not as cushiony as I thought it would be.

The chair is very nice looking. The grey color is really nice. Not hard to put together and they included spare parts just in case you lose a couple. The base seems very sturdy and the wheels are quite nice. My previous chair struggled to roll on this flat carpet we have, this one, not a bit. It rolls very well. The chair back is quite comfortable as are the arm rests. The adjustment mechanisms work well. It is a comfortable chair with one thing to keep in mind. They built this to support up to 400lbs. It seems well suited for this. Keep in mind how the seat feels will depend on your size. I am 6' and 235 pounds. It is a firm seat to me. It is still very comfortable when sitting at my desk for a good while working. Sitting doing reports and budgeting and emails and such for a 2 to 3 hours has been great in it. Leaning back to relax and game it can feel a little firm on the sacral area. I asked someone well north of 300 to sit on it and they felt it was very comfy. It is like a memory foam bed, one that is comfy for a 350 football lineman would be very firm to a ballerina and one that is comfy for a ballerina would be squished flat by the lineman. The chair is the same. I think it is well designed and well built to hold up to people over 250 lbs. I like the little footrest as you can sit crossed legged on it or rest your feet on it if you want to lean back for a little gaming with a controller. Customer support has been great. They were very responsive to email. I asked for the rubber wheels and they responded right away on the weekend no less, and sent them out on Monday. The chair comes with a Qr code in the included document with a video to show you how to put it together if you prefer that to reading. Overall, very good experience with this chair and their customer service. I would definitely recommend this chair, especially if you are over 250-300, or even over 215. Chairs that say up to 250 or 275 never seem to last for those of us in the 215-260 range so this works nicely. Good price as well for what feels to be much better quality than many of the $300-700 chairs I see at Office depot.

I ordered this chair for my home office.. I work from home about 50% of the time, and I had been using a gaming chair for a few years... It was comfortable, but was wearing out and not quite as "comfy" as I wanted.. I'm a 6'3" guy, weighing in about about 265, so a slightly bigger chair is important for me.. After doing some searching, I landed on the Efomao Office Chair. It had very good reviews and looked to be just what I was looking for.. To be honest, the "foot rest" seemed to be more "gimmicky" than anything else and figured I wouldn't be using it anyway, so no worries... So I decided to order.. So a few days later, my new chair showed up.. I will say installation was pretty easy.. Took about 30 minutes from start to finish.. As stated earlier, I wasn't planning on using the foot rest, so I almost didn't bother attaching it.. However, I figured that since it would easily slide under the chair when not in use, I'd go ahead and attach it and just not worry about it.. I did request the upgraded "casters" the same night as installation.. I have hardwood floors in my home office and have had "cheaper" casters from other vendors scratch up the floor and didn't want to take any chances.. The new casters came in a couple of days later and I popped them on (very easy) and was ready to try out my new chair.. So when I first sat down, I was impressed.. Very comfortable back cushion. The "full" sized armrest are fantastic.. I was a little underwhelmed with the seat cushion though. It seemed a little stiff or hard for a big "cushy" office chair.. Well, after a few days, the seat has softened up and is extremely comfortable.. Then came the big surprise... So in my home office, I also have a TV hanging on the wall that I will occasionally watch a little or play on my Xbox on... So the first time I turned on the Xbox with the new chair, I figured I'd give the footrest a try.. Well, let me tell you, it was frigging AWESOME!!! It turns out the one thing I figured was a gimmick is the thing I like the most... I love that it flips up very easily to use and can slide in and out to get to just the right placement. I find I really enjoy flipping up the footrest and keeping it close to the chair and then slightly crossing my legs to be a very comfortable position when playing... Who knew?!?!? So all in all, I'm very happy with my new chair and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a very comfortable office/gaming chair...

Update 2 months after the purchase. This chair makes so many loud creaky noises. It is incredibly annoying, especially when I am on conference calls. I have tried to WD40 it, but I cannot figure out where to add it. Decreasing from 5 stars to 3 stars because it is seriously the loudest chair I have ever had. This was easy to put together, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I wear loose sleeves, and mine kept getting caught on the arm rests of my previous chair, which drove me crazy. As I was looking for chairs with arms that go all the way to the back, I found this one, which has a wider seat for criss-cross sitters (that's me) and the foot rest. Wow, what a nice feature! I will use the footrest often, because it is probably better for my back than sitting criss-cross! The cushion thickness is average, but I went from a mesh hard chair to this, so it's an improvement. It was easy to assemble. VERY easy. I'm 50+, in so-so shape with some back issues, and I did it in less than an hour. This checked all my boxes: arm rests that don't catch long sleeves, great back support, comfortable, easy to adjust, foot rest, wide seat for criss-cross. I ordered the beige color and it fits nicely in my office, which is white and gray. The beige has a gray hue to it. Very nice.

I waited until I’ve used the chair for two weeks before writing a review and I can honestly say this is the best approx. $250 or so bucks I’ve ever spent (Amazon prime day deal). I am in loooove with this chair. The color is beautiful. It’s incredibly comfy. It’s easy to assemble. The foot rest is sturdy and is exactly what I needed. The chair is large enough that I sit criss cross and use the footrest often. It’s a very sleek looking chair. Efomao, the seller, is very quick at responding. I requested a shorter cylinder and rubber wheels (photo attached) and they responded the same day and sent me via FedEx the requested accessories at no charge along with a video of disassembly with the original parts. I should have measured the height of my desk though because the rubber wheels are taller and my chair won’t fit under the desk when I’m not using the chair. The chair photos attached are with the originally sent parts. Overall, I sit in this chair for 40-60 hours a week and it’s so comfortable. For the price point, I don’t think you can get much better than this chair. I spent many hours researching chairs on Amazon and I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase. I got the white chair and it even came with a few cleaning sponges similar to a magic eraser that will remove spots or marks. If you’re on the fence about purchasing… I’d say go for it!

I've had this chair for a while now and I do like this chair but its definitely not the comfiest for long periods of time. I game quite a bit and I've used blankets or pillows on the bottom of the chair to get more comfort. Other than that the foot rest is amazing, I use it almost every time I sit in it. The chair also goes back pretty far so you can lay back. Im 5'3 and when the chair height is all of the way day my feet can reach the ground just fine. The chair can also get pushed underneath my desk when the height is all of the way down. The material almost feels like leather but its kinda softer than leather I dont know how you would explain it, but if your a warm person its not a soft plush and you won't over heat sitting in it. The sides of the chair that have holes/mesh (i dont know what it is) my cats love it and they try to scratch it like its a scratching post. Also my cats when they jump up onto the chair sometimes their claws will leave a small hole (theres a photo of the arm rest). The tiny pillow that comes with it i dont think ive ever used. I tried to use it at first but it just kinda sits akwardly for me. It is a good chair and I've had it for almost a year. I do wish I looked at more options than just a few. I will probably get rid of this one eventually and get a different one but for now it does the job its supposed to. I got the cat paw pillow also on Amazon and it is amazing! And it definitely makes this chair more comfortable lol
