Very happy with this machine. It replaces a ten year old Bosch, and I was concerned about not having any knowledge of this make Hisense. Worry not, it’s great: big front door, quality materials used to make it, lots of programme and spin options, a large capacity drum, about right noise wise, easy to use, concise manual. This is day one using it, and it’s been on three times on mixed wash 58 minutes long (I had a lot of washing as my last one had broken). I think it looks stylish too. I would recommend this machine to my friends so that says a lot. Just hope it will last longer than the 2 year warranty . There’s an option to extend the warranty but I didn’t take that up.

We needed to replace our Hotpoint machine of 15 years and having had Hisense products in the past, I’ve been pleased with cost vs features and performance. We didn’t add any delivery options, so the machine was delivered to the door and we then moved it to the utility room. It’s well packaged but getting it off the polystyrene base almost defeated me as there is a good 20-30cm lump in the middle of the base which you have to life the machine off. It was really a struggle and I’m 6’2” and required me to to tilt and lift it back whilst the wife pulled it out. The transport bolts are also quite tough to remove, the trick is to almost completely unscrew them but leave a bit in the plastic holder behind the rubber bungs. Just wiggle the bungs out with you fingers and then the bolt and plastic socket will follow. After that it is easy to connect the machine and set it up, Really easy to select programmed using the big dial. Machine weighs the washing and adjusts programme time as needed. Eco and auto works well with very low energy and water usage which is captured in the app. Cleaning performance is excellent with stains in clothing we couldn’t shift in the old machine being removed in the first wash in the Hisense. 10.5kg drum provides plenty of space and the machine is quiet and stays planted on the spot at 1400. 2 year warranty is a bit short but that’s because I’m used to 5 years on previous Hisense products not that I’ve need to use them. Great value and performance.

Very good intuitive machine. Works well. Some programs can be 3+ hours long, but the machine will decide optimum time.

Great washing machine, good programs and well made. It’s quiet, wash and spins well, and looks good in black. Lots more programs if you delve into the Wi-Fi but not tried any.

Amazing service, our old washing machine broke down a couple of days before xmas, with a household of kids and family we couldn't do without one for this time of year but didn't hold out much hope of getting a good quality appliance that was also immediately available. It was delivered within 48 hours from ordering with the old one taken away (an optional extra) with a timed delivery - not one of these all day timings The machine is brilliant and easy to use and great value for money with plenty of choices for programs fits perfectly and washes well.

Buon prodotto anche se si sente un ticchettio lievissimo quando gira il cestello. Silenziosa e a differenza dell'altra che possedevo non si muove in marcia. Note dolenti per quanto riguarda la spedizione in quanto ho dovuto fare intervenire Amazon per farla arrivare a casa. Due piccole ammaccature vicino al filtro ma del tutto trascurabili. Conviene cambiare società di spedizione secondo me visto che è arrivata in ritardo anche se non ho prove per addebitarlo a loro.

lavador ( Hisense WF5S1245BW) es de excelente calidad, y el dosificador funciona increíblemente bien. Amazon, como siempre, cumplió con su palabra. Los técnicos fueron extremadamente amables y profesionales. Nosotros no entendemos nada de instalaciones, pero ellos se encargaron de retirar el antiguo, instalar el nuevo, y probarlo delante de nosotros. Enviaron un equipo fantástico. Además, la empresa procesó el reembolso de 100 € el mismo día en que escaneé el código. Así es como deberían funcionar todas las cosas: como lo hicieron esta empresa y Amazon.
