Before starting these pills if you want this to see anything, clean sugar from your diet in order for this to work effectively. I use this Candid-X as part of a yearly cleanse that I do for digestive maintenance. Candid-X, Para-X,a d Pylor-X are the supplements I rely on during the cleanse, and I also make sure to add Support Biotic to help restore and support my gut afterward. The intention behind my annual cleanse is to clear out things like parasites, bacteria, and candida, while helping my digestion and microbiome reset. When I follow the full routine, I feel more regulated and supported from a gut-health perspective. Hmm.. so I bought this because I have candida overgrowth on my body. Various places. It comes and goes when I eat too much sugar and carbs. This time it spread to larger areas of my body and I was scared and concerned. It bought this hoping it would help control my candida over growth.. I’m still trying it out, so I don’t have a valid opinion about this product just yet. But what I do know is that it’s not FDA approved and it recommends to take 6 capsules/ day… which is a lot! If you do the math, that’s only 15 days worth of product. I take maybe 2-4 capsules/day … sometimes. I haven’t had any side effects. But i hope it’s helping. Honestly.. cutting out my sugar/ carb intake has really starved my candida overgrowth and works better than anything. Candida like sugar so they feed off the sugar you intake. If you cut back and change your diet, it helps reduce almost immediately. That’s what I’ve found to be the most effective way to get rid of this infection. I most likely won’t repurchase to be completely honest.

Bought this hoping it would help stop any future used infections I am a male and after the third day of taking this I realized I was getting the beginnings of an infection like an idiot I thought oh no maybe I was going to get a yeast infection and this is stopping it but now this basically for the next three days that I took it has kept me at that same level of the beginning of a yeast infection meaning red itchy but not the full ripping up the skin stop taking it and voilà it’s all healed

I've only been using this for 3 days, it definitely works very well. It's very strong so for someone not familiar with die off symptoms I'd start off at a lower dose and work your way up to the recommended dose but it definitely works well you notice improvements in a very short time .

I liked this but didn’t really love it. I’ve tried many different candida cleansing supplements and for some reason this one just wasn’t my favourite. I think overall it’s a nice product, I just personally like tinctures now a bit better for candida. But I do like having this on hand when I travel Internationally and taking it just to keep any weird bugs out of my gut. So overall I would recommend
