Since this was called a peeling gel, it gave me the impression that it would harden on your face and then you peel it off. But there’s no peeling because it is an exfoliating product, not a peeling product. Might have been a little translation mishap since I’m pretty sure this is from a Korean skincare line.I do use it as an exfoliating face wash a few times a week in the shower and it does the job.

I’ve been trying to get a little better at taking care of my skin lately so when this came up for review I couldn’t resist giving it a try and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how well it actually worked.The container is smaller than I had expected it to be, but you truly only need a small amount on your face to notice a difference (a dime sized amount it perfect for my entire face.) and it doesn’t dry your skin out at all.I love that the scent isn’t overwhelming or intrusive and that it actually does peel away dead skin cells effectively and easily.The only downside to this is that the instructions are primarily in Korean (the English version is available on the plastic wrap.) , but this is pretty much like any other exfoliation product on the market today so it’s not so complex that anyone would have a huge problem with using it.4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A solid product for a good price!

Pros: Deep Clean Calming Peeling Gel works perfectly on peeling off the dead cells in a minute. As the direction is in Korean and the English version is on the label on the plastic Wrap that most of us ignore it, so do as follows: 1. Squeeze small amount of Gel and massage it onto the skin in gentle circular way 2. Wash off with lukewarm water 3. Apply moisturizer or cream Attention: Use only 1-2 times a week.Cons: None so far.

It comes out as a very light / thin lotion type texture, but then when you rub a thin layer of it on your face (or your skin elsewhere), you end up with a bunch of really little rolls / chunks of dead skin, that you can easily rinse off.My skin doesn't seem to be particularly sensitive, and I haven't had any irritation or burning or anything from using it. The first several times I only used it in one small spot, while I let myself get used to not being too weirded out by what it does.If it has a scent I can't really tell. My best guess would be a generic ointment type scent? But it's so faint I might be imagining it.It came completely wrapped in plastic, and with a tamper seal over the opening of the tube. The directions and ingredients are in English on a sticker on the plastic wrapper, but once you unwrap it they're only in Korean. I cut out the sticker and taped it onto the tube, and it stays on fine.The one I got in September 2022 expires in May 2025.

This is the most unusual cleanser I have ever tried. As other reviews state, the texture of the cream feels like pieces of wet paper after you massage it onto your skin - but oh my goodness does it WORK.This cleanser feels gentle on your skin and is a completely different experience compared to other exfoliating products. The product did not result in any uncomfortable sensations; it made my face feel warm and caused the skin to flush. I could feel the blood flow increase in my cheeks as my skin turned pink as if I had just scrubbed it with all my might. After rinsing off the product my face was super soft and smooth, not a single flake of dry skin to be found. The flushing effect went away after a minute or two.I try a lot of different exfoliating and cleansing products, and I very rarely find one that I just KNOW I will need to buy again and again. This is one of those products. Never before has exfoliation been so gentle, yet so effective. I'm in love with this stuff.I would not use this every day - 2 times a week max is probably plenty with regular cleansing in between - which means the bottle will last a fair amount of time. I haven't been this excited about a skin care product in quite some time, it is truly a game changer.
